The original Voyc Connect™ or Voyc Connect™ distributed product you have purchased is covered under warranty. The limited warranty applies only to products that belong to the time of purchase to the current Voyc Connect™ sales program. The warranty period begins on the date of purchase of brand new, unused products by the first end user. We strongly advise you to keep your receipt of purchase in order to prove the date of purchase of the product. Proof of purchase must state the date of purchase and name of the product. If, within the warranty period, the product is determined to be defective (at the date of original purchase) due to improper materials or workmanship, will, without charge for labour or parts (at the discretion of Voyc Connect™) replace its defective parts or the product. Voyc Connect™ may replace defective products or parts with new or refurbished products or parts. All products and parts replaced become the property of Voyc Connect™.
You may obtain Warranty Service from the Voyc Connect™ or its Partner from which the product was purchased. The product must be returned in its original packaging, if possible, or packaging affording an equal degree of protection. During the Warranty Period the end-user will bear the cost of shipping the product to Voyc Connect™ or such other place as Voyc Connect™ may direct. If the product is covered by the Warranty, Voyc Connect™ will bear the cost of return shipping after completion of service. Return shipping will be charged to the customer for products not covered by the Warranty. Damage occurred during shipment is deemed the responsibility of the carrier and any claim should be made directly to said carrier. Customer are advised to provide description of problem along with sales receipt as proof of purchase which clearly indicates date of purchase, product type and model number, Without proof of purchase, the Warranty Period will commence based on the Serial/Batch Number on the product.

Limited-life consumable components and accessories, that are subject to normal wear and tear are exempt from Warranty, unless they are found to be defective or broken upon purchase of the product. This includes among others:
The Warranty only applies to products purchased for use, not for commercial resale. The Warranty is invalid if the factory-applied serial number, date code label, and/or product label has been altered or removed from the product. The Warranty only applies to defective factory material and factory workmanship and does not cover defects or damages that result from: (a) improper storage or faulty installation and operation; misuse or abuse; accident or neglect, (b) contact with any liquid, (c) subjecting the product or accessories to improper or abnormal usage or conditions, or (d) other acts which are not the fault of Voyc Connect™, such as loss of headset/headphones or earbuds. It is the end-user’s responsibility to operate and care for the product in accordance with the instructions and specifications provided by Voyc Connect™ or its Partner. Repairs resulting from failure to do so are not covered by the Warranty.

REPAIRS, REPLACEMENTS OR REFUNDING AS PROVIDED UNDER THE WARRANTY ARE THE EXCLUSIVE REMEDY OF THE END-USER. NEITHER VOYC CONNECT™ NOR YOUR VOYC CONNECT™ PARTNER SHALL BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES FOR BREACH OF ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY ON THE PRODUCT, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION COMMERCIAL LOSS, INCIDENTAL EXPENSES, LOSS OF TIME, OR INCONVENIENCE. THE WARRANTY IS EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER EXPRESS AND IMPLIED WARRANTIES WHATSOEVER, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PRACTICAL PURPOSE.
